Here's what I've done for both 11b and the new 3b. If this is acceptable, all we're waiting for is the list of names from Jenord.

A question I had, should we add the group to the data input on the right side, or replace the SRF section?

Lines 3(b) [note: 3a is listed twice] and 11b.  Adding the line "Inspection must be done by a qualified weld inspector." should be good.  I'm not sure who the list of qualified weld inspectors is, I believe Jenord has that information.

We can do this, but we'll need to know how you want it to be worded in the traveler, and where exactly it should go. We also need to know who the certified inspectors are. A new specific list of users can be created, maybe call it SRFWLD?
