Here is the status:

Power Out:
Test-lab High Bay (emergency lights are on)
North Annex
1st and 2nd office floor power/hvac  (=no computers, but phones working, emergency lights are on)
No HB Crane
VTA ??? - Still evaluating
Test-lab Basement:
CDA (air) is working
PCW = working
ACW = working
N2 = working
TLA:
Everything looks good.
Electronics Shop is on.

Statement from FM:

XFMR #2 is single phased and we have a crew coming in on Thursday to test the XFMR.  If it is OK, we will see what we can do to re-energize it.  If there is a problem, we will have to change it out.  The outage may extend past the weekend depending on conditions we find.

Contractor just pulled up at 7:55SAM
