[Pansophy] Docushare Training Slides

Allen,

The individual departments usually take care of guiding new users in Docushare - we simply do the installations/upgrades and adding new users.  We did develop a training document back in 2006 when we tried to rollout Docushare to the lab - but since then, users have mostly gravitated towards other systems like Sharepoint, etc.

Also, because each group who does use Docushare, uses it differently, it's probably best to cater the training to how your group uses it.

Just for reference, I've attached the 2006 version of the training document - feel free to edit to distribute to your group.

The Docushare user guide is very helpful also and more up to date. It is listed on the Docushare site: https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/helpdesk

We are looking at getting some new employees at Pansophy soon, and were thinking about what kind of training they will need to go through. Is there something we could use to teach them how to use Docushare, some powerpoint slides perhaps?
