[Pansophy] Add Dispositioner

It looks like the latest NCR for L2HE was opened 9/9 at about 11am and I got your name in the system at about 11:30am, so this is why you didn't receive the email. You do still have dispositioning privileges in the NCR though, despite it being opened before your name was in the system

Hi Pansophy team,

I believe I was added as dispositioner for the travelers below.  However, four NCRs were created on 9/9 under traveler L2HE-INSP-BLBU-R1 and I did not receive notification.  On the NCRs I see that I'm on the list of engineers to be emailed, is there something I'm missing?

As you're already aware Michelle is taking over my HE TR responsibilities. Could you please add her to the NCR disposition list of the following travelers?:

  *   L2HE-CMA-BLBP-LEAK-R1
  *   L2HE-CMA-BLBS-LEAK-R1
  *   L2HE-CMA-BLBU-LEAK-R1
  *   L2HE-CMA-BLXD-LEAK-R1
  *   L2HE-INSP-BLBP-R1
  *   L2HE-INSP-BLBS-R1
  *   L2HE-INSP-BLBU-R1
  *   L2HE-INSP-BLXD-R1
In other words, anywhere my name is listed for notifications/dispositions/pulldown-selection in L2HE, Michelle's name should be added. I believe Mike DIckey already handled this for inventory travelers.
