[Pansophy] Certification vs. Inspection

Hi,

For the L2HE project, some of the parts procured by FNAL have been shipped to FNAL where they conduct some sort of inspection (Leak Check tags have been seen).  Other than the tags, no other certification is provided.  Questions,


*         If FNAL inspects parts prior to shipping to SRF, should we

o   Expect certification documents to attach to our INV travelers?

?  YES. How do we get FNALs inspection travelers and do they meet our standards?

?  NO. Why do we have INV travelers for these parts?

o   Write our own INSP traveler?

?  A request has been made to remove the JTV, CDV, JTVKT INSP travelers from the Master List.
