Hi Valerie

To start, could you please indicate the mission critical items to keep the pansophy system running as the first priority - we need your help in this area to understand the criticality and LOE for each item on your list (are they in order of priority ?)

Tony is just back from vacation, however once we know what resources are needed to support the SW then we can set up a meeting with Tony to go over the priorities for Projects

For ISO - as was discussed last week the training traveler is the top priority . As was discussed with Jacob , to relieve the work load for Pansophy we are going to use an excel spread sheet for Calibration so that the process can be released - Pansophy tools for calibration could come later when time and resources allow

Please let me know when you are ready and I can ask Tony for a meeting to discuss the priorities

Thanks Anne

Anne/Tony,

I have been updating the list of "to do's" fpr the Pansophy Team's lists.
I am still categorizing and prioritizing, but I need your input please.
There is more to be done the 2 programmers and 1 tech writer can do.
Once the contractor is onboard we will have some help, but then we lose Megan for a little while.
The need for a programmer to support QMS is becoming very imperative.
The split in priority of core software support and QMS needs to be flushed out.
Please comment.
