[Pansophy] C75 travs to NB3SN

Earl,

I was able to move the data over from C75-CAV-INSP sequence numbers 94 and 96 to NB3SN-INSP-CAV sequence numbers 5, 6, respectively. Page 2 on the travelers is slightly different so please take a look at that (last 5 measurements are missing from NB3SN traveler).

C75-CAV-INSP sequence number 11 is slightly different from NB3SN-INSP-CAV, specifically page 1, so I didn't move that one over. Best if you or Aaron take a look at that. I have not removed the travelers from C75 yet so you could take a look
