[Pansophy] NCR button not working

Aaron,

The problem stems for R1 not have DLWSSN, it used WGDSN as it's identified, whereas R2 uses DLWSSN.
I have corrected for now in the database so that you can put in NCRs, but this may cause problems when reports are created as we can't handle the changing of primary SNs. Something we need to watch for in the future.
