[Pansophy] Please add SN for PPU Heads (ref emails from Monday)

Hi Mike

On Monday morning Earl sent an email to you with a list of SN for PPU heads that recently arrived - the SN are  missing in the travelers .

There were a number of problems with these parts so we would like to get this documented with NCRs - as they were needed urgently CMA has already taken the past

Could you please look into adding the SN requested
