Hi Michelle,
I have this started, but I need some help with the NCR & D3 names, also the remaining signature blocks.
Please fill in the missing information and submit for approvals.
Thanks,

Hi Mike and Michelle,
These do have ASME code weld documents and they will need somewhere to live; I imagine that this would need to be an INV traveler.
Thanks,
Naeem

Hi Mike,
Thanks, I think I'll go with RDSADP. Please let me know if there's anything I can do for the administrative issue.
I don't believe an INV traveler will be required, Naeem wanted this inspection traveler due to the vendor having to correct an error on the LF flange (104100000-M8U-8200-A516). Naeem - please correct me if I'm mistaken.
Thanks again,
Michelle

Hi Michelle,
I like to build the acronym based on the part name (from the drawing). For these two, I would suggest A060 = RDSASY, and A061 = RDSADP. However all of these parts have already been checked into the system. We will have to do an administrative issue, attach the acronym to the part definition, and re-receive them to make the SNs available for dropdowns.
Will an INV traveler be required? I don't remember seeing any spec sheets with these, but I do remember weld inspection being done.

Subject: [Pansophy] Acronyms and drawings for traveler
Hi Allen,
I'm writing up another traveler, this time for the rupture disk spool assembly for SNS PPU. I went to the TP Acronyms page and all I could find were BBRD and PBD, I don't think either of those are what I need. I'm also looking for two drawings in Docushare to link to in the traveler and haven't been able to find them: 104210200-m8u-8200-A060 and 104210200-m8u-8200-A061. I looked in the PPU Travelers Included Files and in other folders with no luck. If you know where I can find them I'd appreciate the help; otherwise, would I be able to add them to the folder?
Thanks,
Michelle

Subject: L2HE-INSP-BPM
Michelle,
I was reviewing your traveler and had a few changes that needed to be made. To begin with, the correct ID is L2HE-INSP-BPM, not BPMH. You can see what IDs are used for travelers with the TP Acronyms<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Travelers/UserTools/TPAcronyms2020d.cfm> page under the Pansophy User Tools > Traveler Tools.
The only other major change is with the references. If they are documents, we prefer they be linked to documents in Docushare. Not everyone has access to other areas, but everyone who is working on travelers should have access to docushare. For travelers, the folder we put reference documents in is the project's "Traveler Included Files" folder. You can find the L2HE one here<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-43969>.
To avoid having to send a document back and forth, I have already updated the traveler ID and document title to reflect the new name. If you can put the documents into docushare, I will update the links. From there, we should be good to route for approval. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Allen
