Done - reached out to Zanon.
This was an R&D cavity which got tested bare first and tanked later, hence, there might be a gap in the documentation.

John, can you or James please get in touch with RI (Anke?) and ask for the correct documentation?
Thanks,
Katherine

Michelle, All,
HE-CAV0351 is missing the helium tank pneumatic test documentation. I cross checked with other cavities, it should be in the summery of hold point 3, under tab S318, that tab is not listed in the document for 0351.
It was also noted in the step for "Install accessories for vertical test" that the tank was not installed, so something was done out of order during the build process. Obviously the tank has been installed, but we have no idea if a pressure test has ever been performed.
I don't know where that leaves us as the cavity is already in the string.

Hey Michelle,
I've stored all available pressure test certificates of cavities we have or are about to receive at JLab in this folder:
M:\LCLS2-HE\Cavities\pressure test certificates - vendor\<file://JLABSGRP/SGROUP/LCLS2-HE/Cavities/pressure%20test%20certificates%20-%20vendor/>
(The first file in that folder should be the overarching certification for RI to manufacture pressure vessels which I mentioned.)
You can find the string position of each cavity in Adam's tab on the worksheet (or in my performance database).
Hope this helps!

John, Adam and Pansophy team, can one of you help Michelle locate the cavity documents?
John, can you please work with Michelle to identify the documents needed for pressure systems approval? FNAL may have a formal procedure for this - Jamie Blowers may be able to help.
Thanks,
Katherine

Hi Katherine,
I hope you had a nice spring break. I'm helping Gary with the Docushare folders of HE pressure system parts and I'm hoping you can help me with a list of the dressed cavities. Also, it would be helpful to note what certifications are required for each part. The Docushare list will include each one and corresponding vendor documents.
Thanks,
Michelle
