Hi Adam,

Travelers has a separate data table from the table where on-the-shelf inventory records are kept.

I think we can hide the records in traveler where dropdowns get there serial numbers, but those serial numbers will remain available to datamine searches.

Hey Mike,

   That is curious, because I just opened a new traveler and the drop down to select a cavity still shows 51 and 57 as an option. I thought to delete the INSP travelers because I was looking at open travelers in a datamine search.

These cavities where issued to FNAL on 4/1 and are no longer in inventory.  I'm curious which report you looked at?

Pansophy,



     L2HE cavities R051 and R057 were transferred to FNAL for their string build, they are not coming back. Travelers were instantiated for L2HE-INS-CAV but never completed. Can you delete them to clean up our documentation? Also, the cavities still show in our inventory, can Mike Dickey or Pansophy remove the cavities from inventory so that they don't show on the traveler drop down menus? If this is not how you handle this, please inform me of the proper process.
