Allen,
I've uploaded your version of the traveler to the Approval folder. I've 
made no further changes to the document.  Thanks for the edit.
As for the other question, I don't recall writing it, couldn't find it 
in the drop down list ans couldn't find anything on my PC that might be 
that traveler.  I have written a number of different versions of  this 
traveler for different projects in the last year, so perhaps through 
some confusion, this one got marked off as complete.
