[Pansophy] traveler deletion

The C75 travelers have been deleted. I will wait to hear from Alex before proceeding with the L2HE travelers

The first email pertaining to the C75 project travelers are travelers that were opened without realization ones already existed for the parts we worked on. The ones for the L2HE project are not showing up correctly in pansophy. I am CCing Alex Wildeson on this thread and he'll explain the issue with the L2HE ones better.
