[Pansophy] Status Boards for HE Bellows - NCRs & D3 Status has been added

Hi all

The Pansophy Team has added two columns to the HE Bellows Status Boards, so you can now see the status (with links)  to the travelers + NCRs + D3s that are still open , listed by serial number

FYI-  You can also  tell by the additional travelers completed whether the Bellow has been used in the string or cyromodule etc.

Since next week we will get back to inspecting the HE Bellows needed for HE string 3  ,  the new status boards should be helpful for keeping track of what's been inspected, used and where there are work control documents still open
