[Pansophy] Format change to NCR (op/cl) report

Pansophy team,

This is the format I use for the NCR (Op/Cl) report (screen shot below). Two columns don't have data and can be deleted, traveler link should be farthest to the right as it is rarely used, the order of the remaining columns make more logical sense, and the column width can be sized to the largest data value except for describecomment. It's not significant effort for me to reset them for each project meeting, so it only makes sense to change them if it's relatively easy.
