[Pansophy] Duplicate name in NCRs

Yep, you are special!
That is a product of the new user drop-down code.
Not quite what we want, but still working on fixing it.
Anyone who logs in will have their name in the drop down twice.
We are still working on a fix, but it doesn't cause any problems.

Hi Pansophy group,

I just noticed that my name POWEN appears twice in the NCR dropdowns. I haven't noticed this behavior in any other travelers I regularly fill out. While I appreciate the special treatment, I want to make sure this doesn't mess up the database. Or is it because am the logged in user that my name appears twice?
