Phil,
If something is ready to go out for approvals, you put them in the ready for approvals folder for the specific project. I'm not sure how you did it exactly here, but in the future, please upload a document to the folder instead of changing the link containment. We have notifications set up for the ready for approvals folders, and the process you used didn't trip them quite right. From there, I will put them out for approval based on the names in the signature area. If you want yourself and Tony listed, you put them there. You will get an email asking for you to approve the documents, and you follow the link in the email to sign off.
If you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Allen
P.S. While I am the right person for this, we ask that pansophy related questions be addressed to pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org>, instead of a specific person. That way we can keep the whole group in the loop about things, and if for some reason I am unavailable or unable to answer, someone else can step in.

Subject: Approval Process
Hi Allen,
I think you are the right person,
Sometime ago I formalized our machine acceptance form for doing Operational and Functional Acceptance Testing. I dropped them into the "DRAFT" folder. in https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-53136
I just moved the same documents to "Ready for Approval"
How do I go about getting Tony and I signature on a document thus approving them electronically. I have never done it.
Please Advise,
Phil
