[Pansophy] NCR Disposition Error

This problem stems from someone incorrectly filling out the NCR (user error).
The TravelerID was incorrectly labeled and the SeqNumber did not match the SNs between NCR and FPCC travelers.
I believe I have corrected the problem and you should have received the NCR for disposition.
