[Pansophy] another error

Hi Ashley,

In the bottom report, 108 is doubled because it has 2 D3.  Multiple NCRs or D3s on a traveler can do this.

Sorry to bug you all again, I noticed something else odd in pulling reports - See in SNSPPU-CLNRM-CAV-TSTD, there's 2 open travelers, but when I click through, there's actually 3.  This has happened a couple times when I was looking at open Travelers by Project.
