Pansophy,
I have made the changes to steps 11, 12 and 19 as requested below on the previously submitted R4 doc that was awaiting approval. Can I just drop this back in the ready for approval folder, or do you have other instructions?
Thank you,

Katherine,
This exercise ensures we can create a CST Drilldown report that lists all the acceptance criteria, like this one for LCLS2 PROJECTS (jlab.org)<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Projects/L2PRD/L2PRDDrillDownCST.cfm> or this one from SNSPPU PROJECTS (jlab.org)<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Projects/SNSPPU/SNSPPUDrillDownCST.cfm>. I will do the same exercise with Mike Drury to get us to acceptance criteria in the CM drilldown report, like this one for LCLS2 PROJECTS (jlab.org)<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Projects/L2PRD/L2PRDDrillDownCM.cfm>.
The data deliverable is a separate issue. SLAC used the “big spreadsheet” method in LCLS2, which is the starting point for LCLSHE. Rich, and several others, are not a fan of the spreadsheet method and he wants to verify all the data fields on the big spreadsheet. Rich has committed to creating a controlled document that identifies all the required data deliverable – this may end up being a controlled ‘big spreadsheet’ but I hope it’s just a list. Ideally, our travelers would gather all the data deliverables in the right format so it can be pulled directly from Pansophy – thus saving a significant amount of administrative work to pull it all together before each CM ships.
Jacob

This is a very good idea, and very useful. Thank you. Does the final report for this traveler feed into the "master traveler" (I think you're calling it) that gets sent to SLAC?
We should revise the traveler if we need to, if Valerie's wizardry can't easily conjure up the IF-THEN needed to pick the correct value.
Thanks,
Katherine

John,
Here are the 2 notated files from our review of acceptance criteria. Thanks to Tiffany’s clear traveler writing, it made the exercise easier. As we noted, Criteria #10 should be added to Steps 11-2 and 12-2 of the traveler. Valerie will have to do some Pansophy wizardry to pick up the correct values from step 11 or step 12 to make the report work.
