Ed and Valerie,

Phillip should now be able to access the SNS PPU shared folder located on the M:drive. He will need to log off and back onto his computer to gain access to the folder.

  3.  Yes for ASD area set up.  I have cc'd Christine for MLP.
  4.  Phillip can start at pansophy.jlab.org.  Any other materials from Allen would be great.

  1.  Pansophy access – is he in your group Ed? What projects will he be working on (all) ?
  2.  DocuShare access – will he need an account? Will he be writing travelers/procedures?
  3.  M-drive access – will he need access to certain directories on the m-drive? We setup ASD areas, but Christine handles MLP areas.
  4.  Training Materials – I will have Allen send some links, but also the training links are on the Pansophy front page (bottom left).



Phillip, If you would like a short training session then we can set one up for you. We are not ready for a group setting, but can handle one-on-one training.



Let us know what to proceed on and Welcome Phillip!
