Yes this is still possible. The only rule is that page 1 of the traveler must have an SN, in the example you provided, that's CMSN. As far as the page numbers, the header page of the traveler is page 0 and then they go up from there. When this has been done in the past, the author created the table of contents with the page numbers and if they somehow ended up off through conversion, I would correct them.

I have a rather large traveler that I hope to start in the review circuit later today. I would like to provide a page that has a table of contents that associates the section header to the "traveler page number" (see example from C100-CM-COMM below). Can this still be done for travelers, and if so, how do I note that request in the traveler? If it would be helpful, give me a call and I can show you the traveler as I currently have it formatted.
