Anne,
I understand that Aaron is listed as the author of this traveler, however this should be written by an SME or TR and not the inspection people.
The SME/TR have a better understanding of what "complete" means in regard to an inspection.
As well as knowing what drawings and other references, including procedures, are required.
This would require more research on the part of the inspector to complete as compared to the SME/TR.
Aaron/Earl should "review" to ensure their understanding of what is to be done, but they should not be responsible for putting together these travelers.
Just my 2 cents.

Hello Valerie - Thank you for the feedback - Hopefully the Pansophy Training (starting Feb) will include this type of information. Also could the Pansophy Team please add this revision to the C100R Master traveler List for Work Control Documents so that it is not missed in Tony's C100 Project Meeting. That way the due dates /authors reviewers etc can be discussed in Tonys C100 Project meeting if needed.
FYI- this is one of the travelers that was badly out of date with drawings from more than 10 years not showing the welded flanges as an example - so there were quite a few revisions needed - Kurt Macha updated the drawings and never did anything about the traveler(s)
Aaron since you are the author, - could you please make the changes , and return the updated document to the folder link sent by Allen earlier this week so it can be routed for approval. In the meantime as was requested by Tony in the C100 meeting this week, please complete the inspection today & put the photos in the M Drive to be available for review
Thanks everyone, have a good weekend !
Thanks Anne

Anne and Scott,
The Pansophy Team is sending the C100R-CAV-INSP-WGD-RCYC-R2 traveler back to you for corrections.
Anne - as Inspection Work Center Lead and
Scott - as the responsible SME for WGDs
You need to correct this traveler and review for accuracy and completion.
Several things will not allow this traveler to be processed through our system
1. The traveler is in the old template, which you can tell by the NCR Emails section replacing the NCR Informative, Dispositioner, and D3 Emails sections.
2. The emails had spaces between them which is not allowed, but they were removed them while reviewing.
3. Fieldnames have been modified from R1, if you compare the new revision to the previous, the fieldnames have been altered. For the sake of datamining, they need to be reverted back to their previous iterations.
4. There were a large number of double spaces in the traveler. As a reminder, double spaces will show up as error symbols in pansophy. These have been removed in the attached document, but it is something to look out for.
Our current code is unable to upload travelers this traveler.
It will need to be transferred into the current template and the above corrections made before routing for approval.
If you have any questions, please send them to pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org>.
Thank you for your time,
