[Pansophy] Pansophy procedures and docs

Adam,

We at pansophy try to avoid going into the draft travelers folder. It's meant for Authors to use for in progress documents, and it has caused problems in the past where we grab an older version for approval or some other reason. If you need to put in a new version of a document, there is a button for that. The three dots on the right side are "more actions", and they have an option to upload a new version. I hope that helps.

Allen,

   I need some help with some Pansophy cleanup. I have a document in Draft Travelers (L2HE): L2HE-SHIP-CAV PREP(2) that is undergoing further changes, can I just delete the doc (I saved it there)? If not, can you remove it please? Same goes for the procedure of the same name in the draft procedure folder.
