Hi Allen
Very nice , I am assuming the target audience is people who are entering data in the travelers, and would include not only new hires , but also people who have not used Pansophy much - or were never formally trained
A couple of thoughts to consider
* Would be helpful to add more information, for the average or new user on how to "decode" names in the drop downs - I find myself often going to the master traveler list to find the part based on the full title of the traveler and/or name of the TR to know so that I know which traveler to select (so you can imagine it would be even more difficult for a new user . The last part of the name is actually the most critical (you might want to include where to find the mater traveler list also) - a few examples of some complicated names .....
* C100R-CM-INSP-GVWG
* SNSPPU-INSP-HEHDP
* SNSPPU-CWI-HEHDF
* SNSPPU-CMA-LEAK-PRPA
* There are official SRF QMS Procedures connected to NCRs - you might want to include a reference to let audience know . As an example during an audit if a user is asked about how to use an NCR, they would need to know to go to the NCR procedure
* The location for the training materials , as far as I know is not yet defined - so its possible later on that it will need to be moved (I assume this won't' be a problem )
* Add in some FAQ with the most common problems users might have - and what to do
* When all ese fails Who to ask for help - Pansophy ?
* A final slide at the end "Thank you for your attention " is a nice way to wrap it up
Another suggestion, would be to do a "dry run" with members of our team (Aaron, Earl and Liang enter data often to travelers ) - they may notice things also that could be clarified - would you like me to set this up ?
Thanks Anne

Anne,
Attached is the powerpoint for the "Welcome to Pansophy" training we've been wanting to do. It's finished on our end, but we'd welcome comments. We will schedule training in the near future for any new hires that need to learn the basics of using pansophy.
Allen
