Hi Valerie

You will see that Tony put a meeting on your calendar for Wed at 1PM ,for ER Master Travelers Lists, and has included a small group - specific SMEs and group leaders (Kirk, Scott etc.) - he did not include people where the TRs are already known (examples include Liang, Adam O Brien, Scott for WG etc. )

its rare to get an hour of Tony's time like this (and next week he is on vacation) - so I hoped we could make as much progress as possible in updating the master traveler lists and "owners " for the different components/travelers

As mentioned already Tony said he would try to take a look at the Master lists for both C100 & C75 - he asked me to send them to him on Monday , so I sent him what was in Docushare Project folders as of Monday at 11 AM -

In the meantime, in preparation for the meeting - I think it would be most efficient if one of us does the edits real time on line during the meeting . Did you want to do this, or do you want me to do it ? If you want me to do it then I would need the most current Master lists - and location in Docushare

Thanks for your help !

Anne

Thanks Valerie !

You will see I cancelled our team meeting for Wed at 1PM

Tony said he had that time slot available for a CX100/C75 Master traveler update meeting - he said may do some updates on his own

Hello Pansophy team

Could you please update the Master traveler lists for C100, C50 & C75 for the following parts

  1. For all Feed through (all projects) this components was transferred to Liang when HK Park left , I see that on the C100 Master list it is still listed under HK Park – could you please update

  1. For all HOM Loads (refurbished and new, all projects ) these were assigned to Liang also a few months ago by Tony . Note that for the actual brazing etc., Scott & Greg would be doing the actual brazing (Liang likely should be a reviewer at minimum) .

Thanks all

Best wishes - Anne
