One of the hyperlinks, CP-C100-CM-INST-WGSP, goes to a word doc. As a rule, procedures are only used in PDF format. It prevents the procedure from being edited after it has been approved. If you could help me in finding the link to the PDF of this procedure, I can swap it out and get the traveler routed for approval.
