[Pansophy] WMGRDR Traveler Use

So, after reading Tiffany's email, I went back and looked at the
WMGRDR-GRDR-RMV traveler more closely. I have a few more questions:
Line 10 in the RMV traveler references WMGRDR-DISA-SAMPL-R1. Is that a
traveler or a procedure? And where is this doc? Shouldn't there be a
link to the doc?
Line 22, which instructs to assemble the girder. The procedure
CP-WMGRDR-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY is referenced. Can't find that procedure.
The only thing I find is another traveler, WMGRDR-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY
which also references the procedure that I can't find.
