[Pansophy] Status for PPU CM #1

Anne,
The Traveler/NCR/D3 Status Board (i.e. Traffic Light?) is for internal validation, correct? Not for customers?
And is the responsibility of SRFOPS work centers to validate that all travelers are closed?
Tony would need to assign someone to assure travelers are closed.
The CM travelers status will take a couple weeks to create. I will get David to work on that next. He is currently completing the SNSPPU status boards, being released today (hopefully). We only recently were able to get data for the CM ASSY.
I would like to get ORNL/SNSPPU to tell us what KPIs they need (ED/Naeem would need to direct) for their validation.
We are currently using L2PRD as a template, but putting all projects into the "LCLS-II" box may not be the best approach.
It would be nice to have a "standard" deliverable for cryomodules, not only MLP but for CEBAF as well.
Tony and SRFOPS Work Center Leads may need to develop a plan (maybe?).
Additional information that may be needed before shipping and what information needs to be retrieved from the Shipping Traveler, which I think is still underdevelopment (Naeem?), needs to come from SNSPPU/MLP (assumption).
I hope this helps.

Subject: Status for PPU CM #1
Hi Valerie
In preparation for the meeting with ORNL on Thursday, can you tell me if there is a report we can pull that would give the status of the documentation for PPU CM # 1
* Travelers open/closed
* NCRs open/closed
* D3s Open/Closed
I think JLAB and the program manager (Ed & Naeem) should be able to confirm in advance of shipping that the documents are all closed (Myself and Jacob may have to chase a few folks still)
After that I think it will be up to ORNL to tell us is there data they need that is not already in the travelers
Can you direct me to where I could see the current status for CM1 , or is this a report the Pansophy team would need to generate ?
Just trying to prepare for when the first CM is shipped in February - so we still have a little time if there is something that needs to be created
Thanks Anne
