[Pansophy] What is the best approach?

Hi Valerie,

This is about the incoming inspection traveler for the HE magnet.

We anticipated that the Fermi will send the sensor calibration curves and data along with the shipment or electronically when they ship the magnet. This was the reason for removing that particular step (upload the senor data) from the actual inspection traveler and uploading the as-received documents to the corresponding inventory traveler.

It took several months to get that data from Fermi. So now I want to generate a separate data sheet and have an ID for this document, submit it to Docushare or pansophy database, later tech pulls this document and uses the data while they perform the inspection.

I am not sure if Pansophy/ Docushare provides the option to keep the supplementary files for the inspection.
