Hi Allen,

Naeem will send you an updated due date for warm FPC assy traveler.

Ashley should be the author of the U/S cleaning and degreasing procedures.  Possibly since her name is not next to them she is not aware?  Could you please remind her?  Those should be written now since we are working on HE cavities.

David says the gate valve leak check procedure is done and in the system.  Apparently they wrote it as a general SRF procedure, not an HE procedure.  He will get in touch with you.

Peter will give you a new due date for the HOM tuning traveler.

Can you push due date on CM assy travelers to 1 April, and I will follow up with John.

I will check w Tiffany and Danny on status of string assy travelers.

SOTR column is expected to be blank next to production/assembly travelers (vs inventory or inspection travelers).

Good morning everyone.



Attached are the status sheets for the L2HE meeting today. If there are any questions, comments, or concerns, please send them to pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org>.



In addition, I had a few questions I was hoping could get answered during the meeting. Can the due dates for the overdue travelers be moved, or should they remain where they are? If so, which ones should have their dates moved to when?



The other question is regarding SOTRs. As you may notice, that column is pretty empty on the status sheets. If anyone knows who the SOTRs should be for these travelers, please let me know.
