Danny,

I have obsoleted the 2 travelers as requested (L2HE-CLNRM-FPCC-INSP #7 / #8).
I also investigated the RGA file upload issue you asked about.
#6 has several files attached. One of the files is not found when the link is selected.
The file is located in the secure area, however I noticed that "special characters" are being used in the filename.
This causes problems for UNIX and ORACLE. This is not something we have control over.
The only option we have is to warn the user of the corrupted name.
The team will work on adding the feature as early as possible, allowing the user to correct the filename before uploading.
