Hi Valerie,
I'll take care of this. At this time, is anything required other than writing this into a traveler template?
Thanks,
Naeem

Subject: FW: draft cryomodule incoming inspection traveler
Ed / Naeem,
Another question:
This is the draft traveler that John Mammosser is requesting be put into the Pansophy system for ORNL’s receiving and testing of CMs.
As discussed, this would be converted into a traveler and then data would be handled like vendor data. A spreadsheet would be generated that would be filled out by ORNL, sent to JLab, and then we would process it similar to vendor data received from RI for cavities.
I would like to request that a T.R. be assigned to create the traveler and spreadsheet and the requirements be sent to the pansophy team for processing.
Please advise as to whom this information should be sent to ensure that this is handled appropriated by the Project and SRFOPS.
Thanks for you assistance in this matter.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] draft cryomodule incoming inspection traveler
Valerie, attached is an outline for the cryomodule incoming inspection to create a traveler document. It is missing some of the typical details such as date and who is filliing it out but the meat in in there. Tell me what you think and we can work on getting it into pansophy.
Thanks on advance
John M
