[Pansophy] Pansophy user privileges

Hi!
My name is Mike McCaughan, I'm new to SRF operations under Mike Drury. I went to log into pansophy earlier to look at the traveler for C50R-1 and found something has changed since the last time I logged in a few years ago and that I no longer have user privileges for some reason. I was wondering what I might need to do to be updated for full access.
