[Pansophy] Update TravelerTemplate

Tiffany,

Unless you pin them, the template in the featured section will be the one you last used. The old template should be replaced after you open the current one. If it doesn't work, right click the old template and see if it has been pinned.

I have the folder location for templates.  I was wanting to know how to update the link on the New Featured screen to the latest TravelerTemplate file.  Or to be able to remove the TravelerTemplate link (that no longer works) on the New Featured screen.  I can try to remember to click onto the Shared screen instead, but I know that I'll probably accidentally continue to try to use the TravelerTemplate link that doesn't work on my Featured screen.  I thought that there was a macro or something that I could run to update the New featured screen, but I don't remember how or where to find that macro.  I tried doing a quick google search on how to update / modify the files shown in the New Featured screen, but didn't find a helpful answer.

Good suggestion.  I had not noticed the Shared button.  I do see all of the traveler and procedure templates in Shared.

Tiffany,

I will look for the folder the templates are in. In the meantime, try looking at Shared instead of Featured. That's where I go whenever I need a different template.

Hi Pansophy Team,

When I open Word, and try to use the TravelerTemplate under the New Menu, I get a popup error message that the TravelerTemplate file cannot be found.  It appears that there is a new TravelerTemplate in the M drive location called TravelerTemplate2.  How do I update the TravelerTemplate on the New Menu to get it to link to the TravelerTemplate2 location?  Also I see in the M drive that there is a Procedure Template as well.  How can I get the Procedure Template to show in the New Menu as well?
