Hey Allen,

I just tried logging out/back in and it does not appear to have corrected the issue.

I did notice that I'm not listed as a member of the Traveler/Process Authors group, even though it looks like I should be able to upload as an "All users except guest"

Matt,

It is odd that you are having trouble uploading. According to the permissions, you should have access. I will double check the permissions. It might be that you've been logged out of docushare, or that something related to your login has been messed with. Double check that you're logged in, then try logging out and back in.
Also, if the traveler is ready for approval, please put it in the ready for approvals folder, not the drafts folder. You can find the SNSPPU ready for approvals folder here<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-49549>
