[Pansophy] Two C100 refurbishment planned for this year

FYI- they are planning no cavity inspections, reason being that since the cavities are already in HE Vessels nothing is expected to change

however other parts will still need inspections

Tony mentioned in the 9:30 scheduling meeting that there will be Two C100 refurbishments this year  (Kirk and I had thought only one)

FYI-  Tony is planning a C100 meeting on Thursday
