[Pansophy] Draft of Status Boards and Data Mining Information needed FROM Projects/Production

Here is the start of a "template" of the sorts of information that is required so that we (P-Team) can build a status board or report or Drill Down.
There is lots of information that we have been having to "track down" ourselves in order to produce the reports.
We can cover over this if you have any questions.
