Ok, I will change the group from MAG to SRF. It's a long list but will get you through this first one.

We need to use user group to complete the traveler for the first magnet ( we have almost completed the inspection part. It is too late to work on the template for this one)
I will revise the traveler ( add hold point as you suggested) and route it for approval, we will use the revised traveler for the next magnet.

Page 8 has been updated with Larry King's group user list.
However, your requests for Page 9 will not work.
We don't have a way to pick and choose "users" from different lists.

These are the "user group" lists we currently have in the database
ALGN (Alignment)
MACHSP (Machine Shop)
MAGUSERS (Magnet Group)
RAD (Radiation Group)
SRF (All SRF Traveler Users)
SRFCMP (SRF Cryomodule Production)
SRFCVP (SRF Cavity Production)
SRFFAB (SRF Fabrication)
SRFOPS (SRF Operations)
SRFTM (SRF Test & Measurement)
SRFWLD (SRF Welding)
VTAOPS (VTA Approved Operators)

If you want to "limit" who can "signed off" on something then in the future you would need to use a holdpoint
[[FieldName]] {{USERNAME1,USERNAME2,USERNAME3}} <<HOLDPOINT>>

You put the "username" for each person who can sign off.
Additionally, please note that you can only have ONE Holdpoint per page AND if the holdpoint is on the last page then it prohibits the "closing" of the traveler until the approved person signs off.

The only additional option you have is to use a text box and the user enters their name
[[FieldName]] <<USERNAME>>

If you would like to see this in action, then we can setup a demo.

To complete PAGE 9 of your traveler, you will need to select from one of the user groups above OR we can change it to a text box.
To convert to a HOLDPOINT with specific names, we will need a NEW REVISION.

We can't update this traveler until we know which "variables" for tech names needs to be changed to the TSTMT group.
#1. Page 8 Step 3.8.10 has EI_RTD_Tech

Good morning,
I don't see my name in the drop-down on the Quad INSP traveler, so, last night, and again this morning, I attempted to add the comment,
"3.8.10 Test technician on 10-Jan-2022 is L. King.  Name selection is not available in the drop-down."  In an effort to close the traveler.
The comment doesn't appear to be saved, and I got the Pansophy "There was a problem..." message when I try to save.  Not sure what to do next except wait for the traveler to have the added drop-down.  Perhaps someone else would be able to add the comment?  Or let me know when I can help.

Larry, can either you or Lakshmi let us know specifically what user fields are the SRF test & Measurement group versus the Magnet group? We are going to update the dropdown lists so we don't continue running into this. Currently, all the user fields are set to MAGUSERS for the magnet group when some should be SRFTM (test & measurement)
