Megan,
Can I close the traveler or do I need to wait until you remove the duplicate NCR attached from the system?
Thanks
Lakshmi

Subject: [Pansophy] Duplicate NCR
Dear Pansophy,
It seems two NCRs (#NCR 146 and #NCR 147) were placed on the same topic. #NCR146 did not include a description of the problem, whereas #NCR147 provides the required information. A final disposition of #NCR147 has been done. Therefore, no further action is required for #NCR146
Is it possible to remove #NCR146 from the system or should I disposition it with an explanation as shown above?
Thanks
Lakshmi
