I have uploaded the file to this file location - https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-52463 - which I hope is the correct folder in the new Docushare area.

Tiffany,
One more thing, I deleted the ION revision without noticing the R2. Would you please reupload it for me? Sorry for the mistake.

Tiffany,
I apologize about the confusion on folders.
After speaking with Tony and the QA Team they felt the "Master Procedures" needed to put outside "project" areas.
SO they have been moved to the SRF Organizational Area under Work Control Documents for SRFOPS.
The old area was something I setup as an interim until such time QMS caught up with us. LOL

Allen,
The ION procedure is a R2 version. R1 is currently in production. This revision will allow the ION procedure to be applicable to both Chemistry and Cleanroom work - thus standardizing the terminology used for ionized N2 cleaning across work centers.
Please clarify the use of the folder I originally placed the procedure into versus the one you linked below. The other SRF-MSPR procedures that I know of are in the SRF Common Approved Procedures Folder (https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-50598). I am now concerned about having multiple locations to find the standard procedure. In the travelers and procedures that I have written that reference a SRF-MSPR procedure, I have hyperlinked to the version in the SRF Common Procedures Approved Procedures folder.

Tiffany,
The ION procedure is actually already in production, but I will review and route the PUMP for approval.
Also, the correct folder for master procedures is this one<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-52402>. They are then further broken up by area. No need to move anything this time, but in the future please put them in one of the ready for approval folders.

Hi,
I added two procedures to the SRF Ready for Approvals folder. When these are approved, the hyperlinks to the L2HE-CLNRM-BPM-ASSY traveler can be updated and converted to a Pansophy document.
