Allen,

Can you please explain to me what the difference between the format I sent and the new format is?  It looks like the new format you sent does not have the headers or footers on each page, and it has several Level 1 headers that I don’t need.  I would rather just be able to put the procedure in the right format before I send it in so that you don’t have to make the changes.  I thought that I was submitting the procedures properly formatted since per previous discussions with Jacob I had the understanding that the un-needed Level 1 headers did not have to be included, and I thought that the page headers and footers were required.

I reviewed the WMGRDR procedure. It looks good, although it was in the old pansophy procedure. I moved it into the correct one and attached it to this email. Please review this version before putting it back in ready for approvals. I will route it from there.
