In that case, it sounds more like a docushare issue. I've forwarded our emails to them, they should be able to help you further.

Yes, that sounds accurate.

So you're able to log in to pansophy and navigate around then. It sounds like the problems arise when you're on the docushare page of pansophy and try to navigate to docushare proper. Is that correct?

Hello Allen,

Yes, the system is confusing or the way I have ended up using it is.

I log into the pansophy.jlab.org, to use the main menu to go to docushare to open srf operations documents. The problem is I can not open the docushared srf documents because my docushare login is invalid (on both JLAB and DOCUSHARE domains). Would you help to restore my DocuShace access?

I've attached an image that hopefully is better at painting the situation then my words.

     Best wishes,

        Reed

David,

I'm not exactly following here. Could you help me paint the picture so I know how best to help? You mention pansophy permissions getting changed, then start talking about docushare. These are two different systems. The permissions of one do not directly affect the permissions of another. And what do you mean by updating your onsite visit information?

Hello Valerie,

I updated my onsite visit information and that as changed my permissions on pansophy so I have lost access to DocuShare. Would you help to restore my DocuShace access? My user name is drbever .

   Best wishes,

      Reed
