Dear All,
For several years I used the same link to save the FE files (Docushare, Collection 47, Owner Kirk Davis). Jacob, as you can see is not my own Docushare location.

Here you have the complete link to collection 47 as sent to Jacob in preparation for the QA meeting in June:

Had the FE onset data processed and uploaded in Docushare for VTA cavity qualification tests done since 12 May 2022. Here you have the usual link:

Last week I was no more able to upload anything to the usual location: the Upload button was grey... first time it was like this.

Any how, I sent to Jacob and Kirk ( as a convenience the Excel file intended to be uploaded ). This time, also the Popwer Point presentation.

Mircea uploads to his own location in DocuShare. I take copies he sends via email and add them to my Quality Board Minutes folder. Looking at the screenshot Mircea uploaded, it looks like he is trying to upload a new version of a file, but I can’t see which file he is trying to update.

Good morning Jacob and Kirk,



Had the FE onset data processed and tried to upload it in Docushare for VTA cavity qualification tests done since 6 June 2022. To my surprise, the upload feature is grey (see screen copy), I cannot upload the Excel file in the usual location.

See attached Excel file and some comments on Merit files (found in the attacheched Power Point presentation):

  *   SNS PPU has a string of 3 cavities tested in June had NO field emission! Great job done during cavity preparation.
  *   L2HE cavities VTA tested as received form vendor continue to be  FE free.
