Hi Michelle,

I just took a look at this.  There are a couple of problems.


1.  Inventory only has records for 7 of these in stock, not 8.

2.  The traveler has a text field for the serial number.  Travelers do not normally push serial numbers to the database (were NCR’s & D3’s look for matching serial numbers)

If you can verify where all of the components are, we can go ahead and check it into the system.  Once it is checked in, the serial number will be available.

I would also suggest talking with the traveler folk to figure out the best way to change the text box to a select box in the traveler.

I haven’t heard back about the issue with the NCR for SNSPPU-INSP-RDSADP not having SN 008 available in the drop down.  Please let me know if I can change it myself how I may accomplish that.

I’ve uploaded the R2 for the SNSPPU-INSP-RDSADP to Docushare to be approved.  Please let me know how to change the SNs available for the NCR so that 008 is available in the dropdown as Earl requested below.

Hi pansophy team,
It has come to my attention that the traveler SNSPPU-INSP-RDSADP did not have a reviewer from the inspection team listed.  The field for the SN is not a drop down, but a text field.  This was one of the first travelers I wrote so I must have missed these mistakes.  I would like to include Earl Mosby as the reviewer listed before John Fischer.  I can update the traveler and post it to Docushare, please let me know if you would prefer a different way to go about getting an R2 complete.
Additionally, the NCR attached to this traveler only has SNs 001-007 in the drop down, the list should go up to 008.

Michelle,
For some reason, the NCR for the Spool does not have “008” in the drop down.  The traveler does not have a drop down on page 1 for the SN either:

I looked at the beginning of the traveler and I don’t see where someone from inspection reviewed  approved the traveler.
