I took a quick look.  The serial numbers are in the database, but I'm not sure why they are not showing up in the drop down.  We'll have look at it in the morning.

When you get a chance please could you take a look at Traveler ID: L2HE-INSP-BLBP.... it looks like the serial numbers are gone. The BLBPSN drop down box currently has no numbers in it.
