[Pansophy] Mod Request for Multi File Upload Page

Hi,

Due to the nature of our work, receiving multiple parts at once with separate documents, we often have to attach certs individually, instead of in batch.  Could the serial number at minimum be added to the page to help keep track of which certs I would be browsing for?
