Ashley,
Since it seems the traveler is needed sooner rather than later, let me go ahead and route it then. If we can get the procedures done and approved before the traveler is done, then that’s great. If not, we can always make another new revision for the updated procedures. I assume that in the interim, the procedures will be adequate, if outdated?

Thanks,
I'd really like to get the comp traveler live soon so I can document some work I did today, but if we need to do this first, then that's fine.
Thanks

Alright. I’ll start work on them. Once they’re converted, I’ll send them over to you for review and edits, then we can get them routed at the same time as the traveler to speed things up (the traveler won’t go in until both procedures are ready).

Allen,
Sure, that would be good to convert the LCLSII to the L2HE and make the C75 a master procedure.
Thanks!

Ashley,
I was reviewing your L2HE-CHEM-COM-DEGR revision and had some questions regarding the references linked. The first one, CP-L2PRD-CAV-CHEM-CLN-COMP, is from a closed project in an old template, and was signed in 2016. Do we want to do a periodic review on it and update the procedure to L2HE, complete with an ID update and template?
The other reference, CP-C75-CAV-BCP-ER, is also an older procedure from a different (albeit still open) project. In addition to an upgrade, should it be considered for becoming a SRF Master Procedure?
I would be happy to help in the upgrade of either or both of these procedures. Just let me know how you would like to proceed.
Allen
