[Pansophy] L2HE-CMA-CM-ASSY2-R1 references

I was reviewing the L2HE-CMA-CM-ASSY2 traveler for routing when I noticed the linked procedures (highlighted in the image below). Some are word docs and need to be converted to pdf. Where are these located so that we can update? We will also update the links to travelers to the pdf versions in the Approved Travelers DocuShare directory.

I also made some changes to the traveler. The fieldnames were sequential based on their step number and were changed to unique fieldnames. The graphics and arrows needed to be combined into one image, as they do not go in to pansophy as you would expect. And lastly, I split the traveler up into multiple pages and tables.

I have attached the traveler with my revisions on it. Please review it to make sure that my changes are acceptable, and let me know how best to proceed with resolving the references.
